Karaage(we prepare chicken with our special sauce for 24 hours. Then we will fry it with potato starch, then we will pickles chicken in our special sauce (we call this is nanbanzuke , this special sauce is sweet and sour with onions and garlic. Its very tasty and delicious. )
We mixed fish cake, mushroom, onions, potato with cream,milk together and fry it. It’s very creamy and tasty. With special sauce, egg sauce, double burner cheese on the top.
