JAPAN Fes was born in New York as a Japanese food festival,
but over time, it has evolved into something more.

From 2026 onward, JAPAN Fes is not defined by scale or nationality,
but by the quality of the space we create.

At the heart of JAPAN Fes is Wa (和) —
harmony, balance, empathy, and the ability to read the atmosphere.

Our Philosophy

Japanese culture has long valued:
