For the license, if the sale of products is involved (both food and non-food), we will assist with licensing and related matters. An 8% commission on sales will be charged as a booth fee.
The PR booth is for participation with the purpose of promotion and distribution of novelty items. Eligibility requirements will be evaluated comprehensively by us, taking into consideration other vendor booths and related factors. There is no 8% sales commission for this option.

Please note that post-event storage is not included.
When shipping items from Japan to the local venue, please note that any taxes incurred upon receipt will be settled at a later date. Please also be aware in advance that due to customs and import duties, delivery cannot be guaranteed.
We will assist with sourcing through local Japanese food wholesalers on your behalf; however, please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requested items perfectly.
The actual cost of procured food and supplies will be settled after the event.
If you choose to make arrangements on your own, please do so at your own responsibility.
English-speaking staff will be available to assist on the day of the event. Please note that Japanese language proficiency varies by individual.
