Once you're a JAPAN Fes vendor, you're part of something bigger. You can join JAPAN Fes events in multiple cities — just like a traveling circus, the adventure keeps going!

Fees are consistent across all JAPAN Fes locations, so you always know what to expect.

    2. The vendor fee is mandatory.

    3. Payment terminal fees and taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. Settlement will take place after the event.

A. Basic fee

  • If you do not have a license for the city you are participating in, please select one of the following.

    • License + Payment Terminal: $600

    • PR Booth(No Sales): $500

    Notes:

    1. For Paris locations, $ will be replaced with € at the same amount, converted from USD.

    2. For the license, if the sale of products is involved (both food and non-food), we will assist with licensing and related matters. An 8% commission on sales will be charged as a booth fee.

    3. The PR booth is for participation with the purpose of promotion and distribution of novelty items. Eligibility requirements will be evaluated comprehensively by us, taking into consideration other vendor booths and related factors. There is no 8% sales commission for this option.

    • Tent 10ft x 10ft: $150

    • Table (Small): $20

    • Table 6ft x 2.5ft (minimum order of 2): $25

    • Tablecloth for 2 tables: $8

    • Tent weights: $40

    • Tent banner pole: $30

    • Warehouse 1 pallet monthly rental: $250

    • Transportation (1 round trip from warehouse or kitchen to venue): $300

    • Ingredient & supply sourcing support (per event): $200

    • Commercial kitchen (12 hours): $700

    • Part-time staff (9am–7pm, 45-minute break): $300

    • PR agency pre-event arrangement (per booth): $500

    • Banner full-service preparation (design, print, pickup & delivery) per booth: $500

    • Banner preparation support (print & delivery) per booth: $300

    • Late request handling fee: $50/case

    2. Please note that post-event storage is not included.

    3. When shipping items from Japan to the local venue, please note that any taxes incurred upon receipt will be settled at a later date. Please also be aware in advance that due to customs and import duties, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

    4. We will assist with sourcing through local Japanese food wholesalers on your behalf; however, please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requested items perfectly.

    5. The actual cost of procured food and supplies will be settled after the event.

    6. If you choose to make arrangements on your own, please do so at your own responsibility.

    7. English-speaking staff will be available to assist on the day of the event. Please note that Japanese language proficiency varies by individual.

    • JAPAN Fes Instagram pre-event promotional post: $1,000.00

    • Influencer (10K+ followers) Instagram story post: $1,000.00 / person

    • JAPAN Fes stage setup (10ft x 12ft x 18 inches high): $10,000.00

    • Festival planning & production: $10,000.00~

    • JAPAN Fes individual naming rights: $10,000.00
