Fees are consistent across all JAPAN Fes locations, so you always know what to expect.

Fee: $500 + 8% of sales
(Note: For Paris events, $500 becomes €500)
Requirement: Mandatory for all vendors.
Note: Optional costs (Section B) will be billed in addition to this basic fee.
Settlement: Payment terminal fees and taxes are vendor responsibilities and will be settled post-event.

Total: $1,100 + 8% of sales (Vendor Participation Fee $500 + $600)
(Required if you do not have a valid local city business license)
PR Booth (No Sales): +$500
Total: $1,000 (Vendor Participation Fee $500 + $500 / No sales percentage required)
(For promotional and non-sales booths only)
Note: PR booths are subject to screening and handled individually. A strong connection or relevance to Japan is a key evaluation criterion.

Part-time staff (9am–7pm, 45-minute break): $300
PR agency pre-event arrangement (per booth): $500
Banner full-service preparation (design, print, pickup & delivery) per booth: $500
Banner preparation support (print & delivery) per booth: $300
Late request handling fee: $50/case

Please note that post-event storage is not included.
When shipping items from Japan to the local venue, please note that any taxes incurred upon receipt will be settled at a later date. Please also be aware in advance that due to customs and import duties, delivery cannot be guaranteed.
We will assist with sourcing through local Japanese food wholesalers on your behalf; however, please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requested items perfectly.
The actual cost of procured food and supplies will be settled after the event.
If you choose to make arrangements on your own, please do so at your own responsibility.
English-speaking staff will be available to assist on the day of the event. Please note that Japanese language proficiency varies by individual.
