Required Documents

- Certificate of Insurance
- A flame spread certificate for any tents being used (must meet NFPA 701 standards)
- Food License for Food Vendor
  - Public Food Service Establishment License issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), or (if applicable based on jurisdiction and operation type) a Temporary Food Service Event (TFSE) permit/license issued by DBPR.
  - Vendors without a valid license/permit may be subject to an on-site inspection by the Authority Having Jurisdiction on the event day. Sales may not begin until approval is granted.
  - (if already obtained): Vendors must provide a valid license/permit number (not expired) before the event.
  - Propane Use:
    - Only residential propane tanks are permitted (20 lb size only).
  - Generator Use:
    - If a generator exceeding 5 kW per unit will be used, a special permit from the Fire Department is required.
    - Please be sure to notify the event organizer no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Participation Fees, Commission and Deposit
- Fee structure
  Participation fees are as follows (tax will be charged on top of these amounts):
  - Food vendors: $500 + 8% of sales
  - Non-food vendors: $300 + 8% of sales
  - Promotion booths (For exhibitors who conduct promotion only, without on-site sales): To be determined
- A $100 deposit is required after submitting the application.
- The deposit will be deducted from the final participation fee. However, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
