Capacity: 30 spot *The vendor can set up on the 20th and remove the equipment on the 22nd, leaving the equipment on-site overnight.

Required Documents

Certificate of Insurance
A flame spread certificate for any tents being used (must meet NFPA 701 standards)
Food License for Food Vendor
Public Food Service Establishment License issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), or (if applicable based on jurisdiction and operation type) a Temporary Food Service Event (TFSE) permit/license issued by DBPR.
Vendors without a valid license/permit may be subject to an on-site inspection by the Authority Having Jurisdiction on the event day. Sales may not begin until approval is granted.
(if already obtained): Vendors must provide a valid license/permit number (not expired) before the event.
Propane Use:
Only residential propane tanks are permitted (20 lb size only).
Generator Use:
If a generator exceeding 5 kW per unit will be used, a special permit from the Fire Department is required.
Please be sure to notify the event organizer no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Participation Fees, Commission and Deposit
Fee structure
Participation fees are as follows (tax will be charged on top of these amounts):Food vendors: $500 + 8% of sales
Non-food vendors: $300 + 8% of sales
Promotion booths (For exhibitors who conduct promotion only, without on-site sales): To be determined
A $100 deposit is required after submitting the application.
The deposit will be deducted from the final participation fee. However, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Influencer Marketing
How it works
Vendors must provide a product for free to influencers at JAPAN Fes, and participating influencers may choose to share the product on their social media, which may help increase overall exposure.
Additional influencers may also attend.
What vendors must do
Provide one free item of the main product/service per influencer. Only items approved by the organizer.
Provide items only to the influencer (do not give items to friends or companions).
Expected influencer count
We expect about 5–10 influencers, but the organizer does not guarantee the number of attendees.
