JAPAN Fes is officially gearing up for its most ambitious year yet. In 2026, we are set to make history by hosting an unprecedented 80+ events globally. From the iconic streets of New York City and New Jersey to the vibrant venues of Florida, Texas, and the historic avenues of Paris, JAPAN Fes is bringing authentic Japanese experiences to more cities than ever before.
With increasing public enthusiasm and a growing appetite for Japanese culture, the festival is scaling up to meet demand, reinforcing its position as a key driver of cultural exchange and community engagement.
The Power of "Wa": Building a Global Community
At its heart, JAPAN Fes is more than just a food festival; it is a movement. With over 2,000 vendors joining our journey, we are cultivating a global community rooted in the spirit of Wa (harmony).
As we move through March and April, we anticipate a massive surge in momentum. This period marks a turning point where our vision of connecting the world through culture, joy, and flavor truly takes flight on a global scale.
Competition Meets Culture: The Contest Project
One of the most thrilling pillars of our 2026 tour is our renowned Contest Project.
Projected to take place around October 2026, we will also be opening applications for vendors from Japan to join us in this international challenge.
We believe that competition drives excellence, and this year, we are taking that energy to new heights:
Paris: Ramen Contest Planning Underway We are currently planning a high-stakes Ramen Contest in the heart of Paris. We aim to bring the soul of Japanese craftsmanship to the culinary capital of the world, letting local foodies experience the heat of a true culinary battle.
New York: A New Frontier In NYC, the city where our journey began, we are currently brainstorming an entirely new, never-before-seen contest format. We are pushing the boundaries to create an experience that defines the next generation of food festivals.

2026 Season Kickoff: Worldwide Schedule
The 2026 season officially begins this March! We are thrilled to announce our first stops in this record-breaking year:
Florida: March 6 & 8 at Miami Marine Stadium
Texas: March 12 & 13 at Republic Square
Paris: March 14 & 15, right in front of the iconic Arc de Triomphe
New York City: March 28 in the East Village
