『JAPAN Fes』 has found its home in New York. It is renowned as the world's largest Japanese food festival, attracting over 500,000 visitors annually and will host more than 33 events throughout the year, featuring 1,500 vendors.
This is the first time JAPAN Fes is hitting the streets in 2024! It will take place on March 23rd in the East Village and showcase over 200 Japanese food options. At JAPAN Fes, you can explore and enjoy various types of Japanese dishes, including Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Wagyu! Additionally, you can indulge in a variety of sweets such as matcha, pancakes, or mochi treats!
Coming in from Japan, Onisoba Fujiya is the distinguished victor of Ramen Contest 2023, and will captivate audiences once again as they present their acclaimed Lobster Ramen. This dish, a testament to their mastery of flavor and technique, promises to delight the palates of attendees with its exquisite taste and presentation. J-spec offers Japanese Wagyu, a luxury Japanese beef known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor, providing a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Serving Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak and Wagyu Skewers, these dishes are filled with perfect flavor. Karl’s Balls is renowned for their Takoyaki, a popular dish not only at JAPAN Fes but also in Japan.
