The most exciting New York Ramen Contest is taking place on 4/29 & 4/30 at JAPAN Fes New York 🥳⭐️ Three exclusive contestants from Japan, California, and the Netherlands will be participating, and you will have the opportunity to taste unique ramen that is not available in New York 🇯🇵🇳🇱🇺🇸

🍜 Contestant 1: from Japan 🇯🇵
From Yamagata prefecture, which is known for consuming the highest amount of ramen in Japan, one of the most popular ramen restaurants with more than 200 years of history will be joining 🔥 The 7th Ramen chef has crafted a special ramen using Japanese traditional broth with 2 years of trial and error!😮 His proud ramen is made of broth from several kinds of seafood and traditional secret soy sauce. The harmony of the richest soup and chewy noodles will leave you breathless 💞

🍜 Contestant 2 : from California 🇺🇸
Authentic Japanese style ramen, straight from Tokyo and have been loved in San Jose which has one of the largest Japanese populations in the United States comes to join 🌴 Their original ramen was featured in SF Chronicle as the Top Ramen in Bay Area and they bring you Premium Scallops and 7★All-Star Shellfish Ramen only for Ramen Contest 🦪✨

🍜 Contestant 3 : from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
The richest Kotteri Toripaitan ramen only crafted for the Ramen Contest is coming to NYC. They participated in the Ramen Grand Prix in Japan and this time you will experience the best combination of the secret rich chicken based broth and handmade noodles 😍
