Participation Fees, Commission and Deposit
Austin
Fee structure: Participation fees are as follows (tax will be charged on top of these amounts):
Food vendors: $500 + 8% of sales
Non-food vendors: $300 + 8% of sales
Promotion booths (For exhibitors who conduct promotion only, without on-site sales): To be determined
Houston and Dalls
Fee structure: Participation fees are as follows (tax will be charged on top of these amounts):
Food vendors: 20% of sales
Non-food vendors: 20 + 8% of sales
Promotion booths (For exhibitors who conduct promotion only, without on-site sales): To be determined
Common Rules
A $100 deposit is required after submitting the application.
The deposit will be deducted from the final participation fee. However, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the following regulations.
All vendors must submit the Booth Responsible Party Identification form to the event organizer at least one month before the event to apply for a Temporary Food Event Permit. ($280/Per Booth)

Influencer Marketing
How it works
Vendors must provide a product for free to influencers at JAPAN Fes, and participating influencers may choose to share the product on their social media, which may help increase overall exposure.
Additional influencers may also attend.
What vendors must do
Provide one free item of the main product/service per influencer. Only items approved by the organizer.
Provide items only to the influencer (do not give items to friends or companions).
Expected influencer count
We expect about 5–10 influencers, but the organizer does not guarantee the number of attendees.
